He even had made some short films during his college days with help of his samsung galaxy phone. And even won a 1st price award in 3rd year of college for his short film.
He started his YouTube career by creating Hindi comedy videos, but it didn't work out so well. So he eventually moved on to creating regional comedy videos in Aagri Koli. He got this idea of making agri koli video's from his cousins (मामाची पोर). He became well-known in his hometown and eventually gained a following on YouTube.

After that he created few more hindi videos, but none of them got any views. But one day he had sitted with his cousins (Pratikesh and Rutikesh), and they just asked him about making agri koli videos.
So he just gave it a try and made his first agri koli video – “When Agri Boy Propose Girl” and that video crossed million views. Then he made another video – “Amhi Agri Koli pora” and even that video got popular. And since then he is just unstoppable. There is no single video on his channel that haven't crossed 1 million views mark. This is a huge achievement for someone who makes regional content.
Today, Vinayak Mali have became one of the biggest celebrity in Maharashtra. Many film actors try to collaborate with him in his videos to promote their movies.
