Despite of not having money, his parents get him admission into English medium school. Dev has one elder brother – Mansingh. Both Dev and his brother used to get good grades in school. Dev was a very naughty kid when he was young. His mother once told in an interview that, she used to beat dev a lot as he used to bunk his tuitions.

Dev Gadhvi's Job Life:

Dev worked in job for around 16 years. His english accent was not so good. So he struggled to get even his first job. His first job was at Reliance industries call center BPO in Mumbai. In his 16 years of 9 – 5 job life, he changed more than 8 jobs and started earning over lakh rupees per month. But one thing Dev realized that, although he was making good money, there was no happiness and satisfaction, and most importantly he did not had the TIME FREEDOM!

Beginning of The Journey as a Passionpreneur:

Dev had already invested in some courses by Grant Cardone on sales and marketing. It had helped him in getting his early jobs. One day he read a book called “The 10X Rule” by Grant Cardone. And that book changed his life. That book gave him a new perspective. He realized that for finding yourself 10x the goals you need to 10x your actions. This book taught him different skills such as sales marketing, branding, book writing, etc.

Dev invested a lot of money in self development. He invested over 16 Lakhs in just 20 months on different courses. It helped him build a business around his passion. Within 2 years, he started charging Lakhs for his keynote speeches, mentorship fees and consulting. He went from charging rupees 1 lakh per client to 8 Lakhs within 20 months of time. He claims to have generated over Rs. 40 Crores within 3.5 years!

Dev did TEDx and JoshTalks in 2018. This year he won “2CC Award” at clickfunnels event hosted by Rusell Brunson.

What Dev gadhvi do is a business. He basically sell his mentorship programs. What do you get inside these programs? You get information. That's it! These program costs over 10 thousand rupees. So question you have to ask to yourself – will it worth spending that much money on such information? If you have a lot of money, then it is fine go for it. But if you are a middle class guy (Which most of you are), I don't think it's worth spending money on such program.

What information he shares in his program can be learned by yourself for free. Just start habit of reading good self help books and start watching informational videos on YouTube. There are many mentors on YouTube who share such business related information for free. My favorite are Sandeep Maheshwari & Vivek Bindra. Go visit their channel and learn for free.

If you wanna buy courses then buy courses that will help you master your skills. That could be learning a new software or a new art. You can find many such courses on websites like skillshare.com & udemy.com for a very cheap price.
